These people were awesome. They came in got the job done well under budget and got a unit working that had not been working for 5 years in less than an hour. They could have told us we needed a new unit we would have not known the difference. Totally honest people highly recommend this place.
Dave was great to work with. Very detailed and explained absolutely everything he was doing and why. Dave fixed my entire duct work and I can not begin to explain how much a difference it makes in our home. If you are looking for someone that you can trust and know you are going to be happy with the result, stop looking. There is a reason every one of these reviews are 5 stars. I have used them many times in the 20 years I have lived here. Mostly always after hours or on weekends when our heating seems to go out in the most unexpected times. They have always came to our rescue!!!! They are always professional, nice, understanding and get straight to work explaining everything along the way. The owner Mr. Clements is so helpful, professional, and taught us so much about our system. He spent a lot of time showing us the ins and outs of our system and how to maintain it to last us the longest. He squeezed us in at the end of his day and went out of his way to make sure my family didn't have to go without a/c. Their service call and repair price was the cheapest of all the companies I called. His secretary was very helpful and knowledgeable. She could diagnose our issues with the problems I told her we were having and felt like I was talking to an experienced HVAC tech. They are so professional but still make you feel like family at the same time.
I will definitely use Clements for any future issues or getting a new system in the near future.
Furnace motor went out, they were here the morning after calling and had the part replaced within 24 hours! Highly recommend! Great company.
